All sales are final. We will be refunding your money or exchange ONLY when we ship the wrong or defective items, subject to the following terms:
- All returns/exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain a RMA number.
- Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 7-14 days of our receipt of the return.
We recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable so that
your shipment will not be lost in the mail.
Please note that each order is checked twice before being shipped.
We will be responsible for all the shipping charges when we ship
the wrong and defective items.
